I'm English but I am a resident of Spain How can I get travel insurance?

My colleagues in the stepmother for insurance benefit is classified and she said she has trouble "As some are" resident "in Spain, I can not get a UK provider ¨. Now we both have a UK passport, but who are residents of Spain does anyone know how I can fix this problem I know how to do to get insurance, particularly in Spain! PLEASE HELP

If you are a resident in Spain, then it is understandable that you do not get travel insurance in the United Kingdom not trip. Have you tried to take out insurance or travel insurance in Spain? I think the ex pats forum would be a good place to ask.
