holiday insurance

holidays can be sure?

My husband and I are driving to Spain and stay until about 5 or 6 months, I take out insurance holiday as the length of time, but that covers all medical expenses and coverage that brings you home if you die abroad. my husband is 76 years old i am 56 years of age. Can someone advise us on an insurance policy that does this. thanks.
