The changes will apply to companies that sell as part of a package tourism, as travel agencies, tour operators, coach companies and airlines. It will also affect areas such as drug stores, supermarkets and post offices. Many of these companies are already complying with government regulations to sell other products. However, it offers coverage of the myriad of problems that may arise during the trip, such as lost luggage, theft of valuables, cancellation and reducing travel and emergency repatriation.
