Best Travel Insurance for Phuket?

We head to Phuket in late January 09 for approximately 10 days and I just wanted to get other information on the best travel insurance for 2 adults and from Australia to Phuket. Vi "Compare Prices" websites, but wanted only to return a yahooers colleagues have about their experiences. Cheers JZ
